Send us a short introduction email via the contact page. Describe your project and when you are available for a quick phone call. We’ll quickly go over the project scope and schedule your first LiveDesign session
Getting Ready for LiveDesign
Email us any relevant documents and files such as logos, fonts, images. We will send an invite link to a google hang out or if you prefer a service like zoom or skype just let us know via email. We’ll only use these tools to connect you to our screen share so you can work with a designer in real time!
LiveDesign
Once you’ve scheduled your first session, we’ll stay in touch the whole time via phone or email. On the day of the session you will be connected to a live screen share of the designer who will sit down with you and design your project in real time and make sure it’s exactly what you’re looking for!
Post Production & Delivery
The purpose of the LiveDesign session is to get your idea exactly right the first time and not to force you to watch our designer make final adjustments to fonts, sizes, colors and alignment (but you’re welcome to stick around for it!). Once the project is complete you will get a copy for final review and all files will be delivered directly to you via email, Google drive or Dropbox! We pride ourselves on making the creative process painless.
